By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. If you need to send an item back, the applicable conditions are clearly explained for your reference. 

Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 

  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state. 
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period. 
  • Items that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted for return. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Initiate a Request 

Email your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to zenithwaysolutionspvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos 

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs showing the issue to help speed up processing. 

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions 

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not adhere to our stated guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm compliance with our return conditions. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partially meets the return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email to enable prompt resolution.
