Items are eligible for return only if they remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products showing wear, damage, or alterations are not accepted.

Return requests must be submitted within the specified return period starting from the date the order is delivered. Requests made after this window may not be approved.

Once we receive the item, it undergoes a quality check to confirm it meets our return conditions. Approval is based on the item’s condition upon inspection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and are credited back to the original payment method. A confirmation email is sent once completed.

Cancellations & Payments

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer available.
