You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first. To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email.
If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not support modifications to items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. To make changes, the order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed.
